Are you ready? Holiday time. It always comes faster than we think. We dream about being surrounded by family and friends enjoying all the traditions and treats we’ve grown to love. We picture everyone around the table at holiday timesharing feasts, passing dishes and stories, and making memories. Then, before you can say, “Back to School”, there it is…BAM…Halloween…BAM…Thanksgiving…BAM…Christmas/Channukah/New Year’s Eve!!!

A Hungarian proverb I heard growing up, “Many good people will fit even in a small space”, means so much especially around the holidays. Having all your loved ones, even in the tiniest apartment, can be fun yet extremely stressful when there’s no room to set out the dishes you’ve prepared or, worse when they volunteer to help in the kitchen….!
